Kurt Sahloff, Partner

Kurt is a lawyer from Ottawa, Ohio with the law firm of Leopold Law, LLC. His law firm has offices in Ottawa, Fort Jennings, and Leipsic, Ohio.

His law practice is devoted to tax planning and preparation, elder care issues, estate planning and administration, and real estate transactions. Additionally, Kurt is a Title Insurance Agent licensed by the State of Ohio.

Kurt is a graduate of the Swanton High School and the University of Toledo, where he majored in Economics. He received his law degree from the University of Toledo in 1993.

Kurt is active in the Ottawa-Glandorf Rotary Club and Faith Baptist Church. He formerly served as the Prosecuting Attorney of Putnam County and has served as a volunteer and board member for many other civic and charitable organizations. Kurt and his wife, Lori, live just outside of Ottawa with their two children, Amanda and Seth. Enjoys golf, local sporting events

Andrew D. Knueve, Partner

A Putnam County native, Andrew D. Knueve graduated from Kalida High School in 2005. He then went on to graduate cum laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. Andrew graduated from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2012. During his time at Ohio Northern, Andrew was chosen as Student Articles Editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review. Upon graduation, Andrew practiced at Huffman, Kelley, Brock & Gottschalk, LLC in Lima, Ohio for three years before joining Leopold Law, LLC.

An advocate of civic duty, Andrew is very involved in the community. Having been previously elected to Delphos City Council in 2013, Andrew was elected as Law Director of Delphos in November 2015. In addition to his work with the City of Delphos, Andrew is a member of the Delphos Kiwanis Club as well as the Kalida Lion’s Club.

Andrew is an avid fan of sports, especially golf, basketball and for some reason, the Cleveland Browns.

Andrew resides in Delphos, Ohio with his wife Amanda, and their two children. Andrew and his family are members of the Delphos St. John’s Catholic Parish.

Andrew is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio as well as the Northern Federal District of Ohio. Focusing a significant amount of his practice around real estate, Andrew is a registered title agent with the State of Ohio. Andrew is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association as well as the Allen and Putnam County Bar Associations. Andrew served as President of the Putnam County Bar Association in 2015.

William J. Wildenhaus, Associate Attorney

Born in Bloomington, Illinois grew up in Fort Jennings, Ohio

Jill Leopold-Welch, Associate Attorney

Jill is an attorney in Leipsic with Leopold Law, LLC. Her practice is devoted to tax planning and preparation, elder care law, estate planning and administration, and real estate transactions. Additionally, Jill is a Title insurance Agent licensed by the State of Ohio.

She graduated from Ottawa- Glandorf High School in 1992 and in 1996 received her undergraduate degree in Finance Management from Capital University. She later received her Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School. Her grandfather was founder J. Harry Leopold and her father is Larry E. Leopold, who recently retired from the firm.

Jill serves as the law librarian for the Putnam County Law Library and is the Tennis Coach for the Ottawa- Glandorf High School Girls tennis team. Jill and Scott have 2 sets of twins and live outside of Glandorf. Jill and her family are active members of St. John the Baptist Church in Glandorf and enjoys spending time with her family.
